Hello all!

This is Galadriël with her castle. Woot! I finally finished Galedriel's Castle! As usual, I kept thinking of more details to add, but I'm happy at the moment with its outcome. Give me a couple months and then I may or may not still feel this way. It depends how many errors I realise I've made with this piece.

Hello all, from *Artsie_ladie*!

As a tribute to Elftown, the site I adore, my first blog post contains an art work of mine, one that was inspired by two great members of the site, one being the owner of Elftown. These two put great effort into making Elftown such a 'magical place'! I am also a writer. Hence, I wrote this poem to go with this artpiece:

"The Great Wizards of Elftown!"

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

All you citizens that live across this land,

Just remember why Elftown is so very grand!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Sure, you fairies have each a magic wand,

Closely are related, you elves with them do bond.

You unicorns dance with a gracefulness supreme.

You dwarfs conjure up each a greedy scheme.

Vampires, you defy death, feasting on blood to live,

Ducks, you are friendly, will take all there is to give.

Dragons, powerful and mighty, demand you are respected.

Orcs, although warriors, more often you are rejected.

Halflings, friendly, too, merriment you seek.

Humans, you are wannabes, strange and often weak.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Elftown is the place where wonders will astound,

Little magic buttons pop up all around.

When we think we've seen all there is to see,

A new amazing feature the Wizards bring to be.

There's always a nasty bug that rears its ugly head.

The Wizards quickly zap it. Presto, it is dead!

Ah, the Wizards, their magic is the most,

Take a look around, raise your glass to toast!

So, what makes Elftown such an enchanted land?

Why, indeed the Wizards make this place so grand!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Our Elftown, where magic happens for real,

Among its other features, gives it grand appeal!

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

If indeed some magic, you truly want to see,

Then here is the place you'll really want to be!

Elftown, where magic happens for real,

Membership is free, can't find a better deal!
